Adam was the perfect match for Belgo as he has 2 passions: food and beer!
Trained at the Koksijde Hotel School (Belgium), Adam worked in many kitchens in Belgium but also abroad: from humble eateries to Michelin rated restaurants! He also collaborated with several local breweries and searched for the right match between food and beer, aiming at offering unique pairings. Willing to explore new cooking styles, he arrived in Vietnam since 2016, discovering a whole new world of flavors and ingredients.
