As Gert started brewing with friends in Belgium at the age of 16, he quickly grew a passion for beer and especially for "the component that makes the magic happen": yeast!

 

Fascinated and eager to learn more, he went to the "Stella" school in Leuven (Belgium) where his thirst for beer making couldn't be quenched. He therefore completed many more studies by himself in order to deepen his knowledge while making more beers and sharing his passion by giving brewing classes.

 

His goal: to always produce right balanced

beers. Show him some love.
